Known for its violet-grey and dynamic pink tones, lepidolite energy has been harnessed for centuries, as a settling stone. Lepidolite enchants many with its glass like crystal completion making it a is a beautiful crystal for jewellery and part of any collection.
How is Lepidolite formed?
Lepidolite belongs to the mica minerals family and is a fairly rare crystal, growing in deposits of igneous rock (in otherwords... cooled magma or lava!). In order for lepidolite crystals to be able to grow, the magma or lava needs to have cooled at a slow rate, with the presence of water vapor.
What are the benefits of lepidolite?
Lepidolite slows the pace of our busy lives with its soothing gentle energy that brings serenity to our days. The stone allows us to focus from within and reconnect with our own intentions, providing a stronger sense of self appreciation. Gratitude, serenity and self-love are all found within this stone.

How do you use lepidolite?
To find a sense of direction, place lepidolite in space that you feel lost within your thoughts, such as the bedroom or living spaces. The energy of lepidolite will provide a sense of clarity to the space. If you have trouble sleeping or irregular dreams, place lepidolite by your bed to promote a blissful night’s rest.
Fun facts about lepidolite
Lepidolite is names after the Greek word ‘scale’. The stone has been used for centuries to as a soothing stone for one's emotions. Due to is vibrant colour, lepidolite was even used as a eyeshadow traditionally used to give eye shadows a rich colour.
