Use Coconut Yoghurt for a dairy-free alternative.
You can also use fresh or frozen berries.
3/4 Cup Unsweetened Natural Yoghurt
1 Tsp Deep Sleep Supplement Powder
1/2 Cup Mixed Berries (Blueberries, Raspberries & Blackberries)
Sprinkle of Cinnamon (optional, to taste)
- Mix natural yoghurt and Deep Sleep Supplement Powder together in a bowl
- If time permits, keep refrigerated for 10 minutes before serving (optional)
- Top with mixed berries & sprinkle with cinnamon
