Deep Sleep Yoghurt & Berries

This bowl takes no time to prepare and every ingredient helps support a good night's sleep!  Calcium found in yoghurt will help the brain use the tryptophan found in dairy to help make sleep-inducing melatonin.  Berries – including blueberries, raspberries and blackberries – contain very high levels of antioxidants. Consuming antioxidant-rich berries before bed can help reduce your overall physical stress, thereby allowing you to have a more restful sleep.  Plus our vanilla flavoured Deep Sleep Supplement Powder makes for a powerful combination of ingredients to support a restful sleep!

 

Tip:

Use Coconut Yoghurt for a dairy-free alternative.

You can also use fresh or frozen berries.

 

Serves 1

Ingredients:

3/4 Cup Unsweetened Natural Yoghurt

1 Tsp Deep Sleep Supplement Powder

1/2 Cup Mixed Berries (Blueberries, Raspberries & Blackberries)

Sprinkle of Cinnamon (optional, to taste)

 

Method:

  1. Mix natural yoghurt and Deep Sleep Supplement Powder together in a bowl
  2. If time permits, keep refrigerated for 10 minutes before serving (optional)
  3. Top with mixed berries & sprinkle with cinnamon
