Recipe: Bliss Balls 

(I use all organic ingredients)

110g organic almond meal

110g pitted dates

45g coconut oil

35g desciated coconut

30g raw organic cacoa powder

1 tablespoon chia seeds

2 tablespoons vanilla are blends protein powder 

(I also add a big handful of dried fruit – apricots, apples, gogii berries)

Combine everything in a food processor or thermomix and roll into small balls and leave overnight on tray in the fridge.
